I don`t know about other people incurring protracted withdrawal but i feel like a total freak of nature,thanks to the lack of understanding and validation from the so called Health Care profession.GSK deny us any validation of the harm they have caused us purely to protect themselves and their profits,so where does that leave us when people just don`t understand the brain injury we have had inflicted on us with their defective drug?.
If not experiencing withdrawal myself,i would indeed believe this could only happen in a horror movie,if i had not shared my experience with other sufferers i really wouldn`t believe one drug could cause me so much mental and physical torture for 30 long months after stopping the poison.
The word is getting out now thanks to sufferers that are fighting this big injustice, people are no longer putting up with the lies GSK and doctors are telling us, but why do we have to fight to have this outrage believed?,are we just the end result of a drug the makers sold us and now we are no longer profitable because we were damaged by it?,oh i bet they would want us in the limelight if the drug had proven to be the so called miracle cure they claimed it was.
GSK would like to see all the statistics like us put up and shut up,and this is why our reality of hell is denied and brushed under the carpet,why we are told this is in our heads or it is a return of origional condtition,because this way they get away with their evil little deeds and the money keeps rolling in.

GSK are being backed into a corner by all of us – they can’t shut down our sites because it will cause them unwanted publicity and highlight that they are hiding something. Keep up the rants Jo

Jo – you’re exactly right – word is getting out and we’re pulling together to fight back.
THIS – the way we’re able to use the internet to make connections and share thoughts – this is what will ultimately enable us to win.
We live in a communication age and Glaxo can’t control what we say and where we say it anymore. Blogs, forums, YouTube, MySpace, websites, TV, documentaries… word gets out in a way it never could even just a couple of years ago.
I was only talking about this with some new American friends on Sunday(!).
I’m not saying we’ll win next month. Or next year. What I’m saying is that the fact we will win (sometime) has become inevitable – they can’t shut us up now.
Just believe and use your blog as part of your recovery!

thanks for the kind comments ,yes if it were not for the internet i would not be where i am today.Maybe GSK didn,t think about that when they thought they could screw up our lives.
On the internet i found the truth because i knew the mental and physical torture i was suffering came from the drug but doctors were denying any connection.
On the internet i found many people suffering the exact same plight as myself.
On the internet i met fellow suffers of which many are now good friends.
On the internet i found places i could talk about my withdrawal and not have it denied,in fact it was great to know i wasn,t alone in this hell or even going mad as the drug would have us believe.
Like you say “they can`t shut us up” any longer the word is getting out,the sufferers are becoming more and more as people realise seroxat for the defective drug it actually is,on here we have a voice and our voices will be heard.
I like that advert that asks” is the internet a bad place?”,mm it is for GSK ,they can no longer hide their sordid little secrets,and one day,just one day,like you say we will win hands down.
